In December 2004 the AGO supported Bicycle Victoria to establish launch and develop a sustainable website and networks to develop women's cycling culture.
In June 2005 the Minister for Sport and Recreation also supported the project.
We aimed to develop the project so that it could become an integrated part of our continuing activities.
