1. Local Government Reports

About this page

Each term we tell your local government which schools are getting students walking and riding.

When schools submit their Hands Up! results each month Ride2School are able to report back to local government on how many students at schools in their municipality are regularly walking and riding to school.

The reports from National Ride2School Day were amazing and Lyn Gunter, the Mayor of Murrindindi wrote in to Ride2School acknowledging the efforts of schools in her Shire:

"Thank you very much for your letter. I found the statistics very interesting too - it just seems to keep growing! Well done and please keep us informed".
