A huge thank you to all our Volunteers!
National Ride2School Day was a huge success and it is thanks to the many volunteers who were involved with the schools on Wednesday 25 March 2009. We would like to thank the volunteers who assisted schools in many forms, from handing out stickers and congratulating students on arrival, to assisting with data collection and healthy breakfasts.

Bike Ed rewards
An enthusiastic group of Bike Ed trained Ride2School volunteers helped Cambridge Primary run their Tour de Werribee. The volunteers had fun, and the school really appreciated their expert assistance.
Cycle Angels at Caroline Springs
On Wednesday November 1st Caroline Springs College hosted a super Ride2School Day with Bicycle Victoria Cycle Angels flying in to help out.
Ride2School volunteer chats to Governor de Kretser
Nicole Smyth, Bike Ed assistant and mother of three, went to the 2020 Summit. There she found herself talking to the Governor of Victoria about getting more students walking and riding more often. She told her story in The Age on Tuesday 22 April 2008.
Tour De Werribee a resounding success
Thanks to everyone who made the Tour De Werribee riding school excursion such a great way for the students of Cambridge Primary to celebrate their graduation from Bike Ed.
Volunteer Thank You Event
Volunteers give so much to the Ride2School program. On Friday 19 June, Ride2School organised a day out at the Hawthorn Velodrome to say thanks for the wonderful work our volunteers do.
