Telstra is a strong nationwide participant in Ride to Work Day, winning the TravelSmart Workplace Challenge in 2007 AND 2008. David Moffatt, Managing Director of Telstra Consumer Marketing and Channels, has registered as a National Ambassador for 2009. David is "happy to encourage every Telstra employee to ride to work" so they can reap the physical fitness benefits, as well as the environmental benefits of leaving the car at home.
Faustina “Fuzzy” Agolley - is the host of Australia’s most watched music program Video Hits .The job has seen her interview some of the world’s biggest artists including Kayne West, Green Day, Duffy, P!NK, The Prodigy, Silverchair, Interpol, Ice Cube, Fergie, Rob Thomas, Neil Finn, and movie stars Keanu Reeves, Jessica Alba, Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson.Fuzzy also holds degrees in Media and Geography from Melbourne University and RMIT University. She advocates her passion for the environment and development by being the supporting World Environment Day, Coastcare, Together.com and Reconciliation Australia.
Guy Leech - has won an amazing 7 Uncle Toby's Iron Man Championships and the World Iron Man title in the event many believe to be the ultimate test of fitness. In 1994 Guy was crowned "Australia's fittest Athlete" by the Australian Institute of Sport over elite athletes from our highest profile sports. Inside Sport dubbed him "The Fittest man on the Planet" the following year. He is now 45 years old and remains in phenomenal shape that Ultra Fit magazine called him the "Fittest 40 year old on the planet" in their 100th issue.
Helen Kapalos over 15 years journalism experience. Helen Kapalos began her career as a reporter on ABC Radio in Newcastle in 1994 before moving to SBS after winning a national scholarship. and presenter of Network Ten Melbourne’s 5pm news with Mal Walden.
Matt Welsh - burst onto the swimming world stage at the Sydney 2000 Olympics. At his first Olympics, Matt came home a triple Olympic Medallist after only starting competitive swimming at the age of 18. Matt spent over 10 years representing Australia at the highest level of sport and in that time won over 20 Olympic, World and Commonwealth games medals. Matt has also won more Australian swimming titles than any swimmer in history with his 56th title in 2007.
Andy Muirhead - host of ABC TV show 'The Collectors' and breakfast host on ABC Local Radio 936 Hobart. Andy is also a former biologist, who loves being a professional stand-up comic. It is a surprising combination of occupations, but his credentials prove he is well qualified in both.
