Somethings your workplace BUG can do...
Ride to Work Another Day
Perhaps you'd like to organise a Ride to Work Another Day breakfast or morning tea. It is a great way for regular and new cyclists to get to know each other, and you may even entice some more of your colleagues to commute to work by bike.
Presentation for new riders
Have you thought of running a lunchtime workshop for new riders to help them take the first step? This 20 minute presentation works well along side the Everything you wanted to know about riding to work...but were afraid to ask flyer. If you would like more flyers please contact us - it may even be something you would like to keep on hand at work.
Conduct a bike parking audit
Would you like more bike parking facilities in your workplace. We've designed a new form to get you started.
Workshops
Workshops are a great way to share tips, answer questions and start discussions. Organising a workshop is a great excuse to get cyclists in your workplace together. Invite a guest speaker or somebody from your local bike shop to share their cycling knowledge.
By publicising your workshop to everybody in your workplace you may even pick up a few new members, or people who would like to start cycling.
