Free and interactive Bicycle Victoria Skype chats on the topics you choose...

Bicycle Victoria wants to provide our members and friends with the opportunity to speak with experts on topics you choose. We will be using Bicycle Victoria Forums, Facebook and Twitter throughout the year to suss out the bike riding topics that you want to discuss.

 

How will the chats work?

The chats will be advertised in advance through In the Loop and online. Before the chat need to add Bicycle Victoria to your Skype contacts list...

During the chats our experts will give a presentation and then there will be an opportunity to ask questions. Because we have limited places, the chats will be recorded and made available online afterwards. We have a limit of 20 online participants and 12 participants in our office in Melbourne. Preference will be given to Bicycle Victoria members. Please send us a message if you would like to participate in our office.

Resources and tips for finding rides with Garry Brennan

Garry Brennan looks after public affairs for Bicycle Victoria. He helps the organisation analyse public policy and to understand the implications that government activities have for the bike riding community. He then guides the development of evidence and arguments to influence strategies and plans at all level of government to get a better riding environment for us. In this chat, Garry will be providing an overview of the resources available to bike riders to find new riding routes and some tips for riding in rural Victoria.
