\"\"Blake Witherow re-thought the bike helmet to address exisiting shortcomings.

"I conducted interviews with cyclists and researched various issues that can effect the safety of the cyclist."

"Regenerative helmet aims to reduce the severity of low speed accidents and improve the comfort for the cyclist. This is achieved by a segmented hard outer shell and dual density liner manufactured from multiple impact foam."

"Increased coverage around the forehead and temple aims to reduce injuries in the most common impact area."

"The segmented outer shell allows the helmet to conform to the cyclists head shape. The single button release permits simple tension adjustment and removal."

\"\"Jennifer C McBride designed a kevlar slash-proof bike cover.

"My aim is to promote environmentally friendly transport in Melbourne. Currently insecure and impractical accessory storage limits bicycle use. To overcome these problems I have designed a secure bicycle cover. My design is a foldable bicycle cover which protects bicycles and bicycle accessories from theft, vandalism and weather damage. The bicycle cover is slash proof, water proof, flexible, storable and fits the majority of bicycles."

\"\"Chris Papadakis designed a bike share system, complete with proprietary bikes and docking stations.

"This project looks at implementing a share bike system into inner-city Melbourne with the aim of giving people another transport option in the CBD and surrounding areas."

"Share bike systems have proved very popular across Europe and are gaining momentum in the US. They provide a very \'green\' solution to transport and are an easy and convenient way to commute."

"The aim of the project is to develop a bike and docking station to be used with the system."
