Prize Draws

Bike Prizes: 

The next draw is scheduled for 15 March 2010. Two winners will be drawn.
Every member that takes out a brand new membership OR renews their membership before the 15th of the month that it is due will automatically be placed into the draw to win your choice of a Mongoose Crossway bike or a Gofa V2.0 bike.

We have two bikes to give away every 3 months. 

Terms & Conditions for December 2009 New & Renewing Membership Competition

1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of Victoria who have
(a) signed up for a new membership between midnight (AEST) 15 September 2009 & midnight (AEST) 14 December 2009
(b) renewed a membership with Bicycle Victoria that expired between 31 October 2009 and 31 December 2009.
3. Promotion commences 1 September 2009 & closes midnight (AEST) 14 December 2009.
4. To be eligible for the prize draw a member must meet one of the below conditions:
(a) Have purchased a new Bicycle Victoria membership between midnight (AEST) 15 September 2009 & midnight (AEST) 14 December 2009.
(b) Have renewed membership prior to the 15th of the month that it is due to expire. Members expiring on 31 October 2009 must renew their membership by midnight (AEST) 14 October 2009. Members expiring on 30 November 2009 must renew their membership by midnight (AEST) 14 November 2009. Members expiring on 31 December 2009 must renew their membership by midnight (AEST) 14 December 2009.
5. Entries into the prize draw are automatic upon renewing and are limited to one per membership.
6. Employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and the immediate families of such employees are excluded from entry.
7. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the promotion or use of the prize.
8. The first 2 drawn entries will win a bike: the winners have a choice of either a Gofa bike (RRP $549) or a Mongoose Crossways Hybrid (RRP $649).
9. The winner will be drawn on at 12 noon on 15 December 2009 at Bicycle Victoria, Level 10, 446 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 and notified by phone. The winners will then be contacted by Gemini Bikes for sizing information and to organise a suitable bike shop for the bike to be built at.
10. Once the bike is built and ready for collection, the winners will collect the bike from the bike shop.
11. The prize is strictly not transferable.
12. The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchange.
13. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
14. No responsibility is accepted for delayed, lost or misdirected correspondence.
