About this page

Legal advice could cost you hundreds or even thousands if you are not a Member.

If you are knocked off your bicycle by a passenger alighting a taxi, is it the taxi driver or the passenger who is responsible?

Your rights on the road are not obvious. Bicycle Victoria members are entitled to free comprehensive legal advice and education.  Become a member of Bicycle Victoria today and let us uphold your legal rights!
