A sign of commitment to Ride2School

Schools which participate in the Ride2School program in a "do it yourself" fashion may be eligible to receive a R2S sign to proudly display in their grounds.
The Ride2School team would like to hear from schools which have not been part of the coach schools program, but have shown a strong commitment to Ride2School. There are many such schools across Victoria, but because they work without direct assistance from the Ride2School team, we do not always know about the good work they are doing.
These schools work hard to encourage students to walk and ride to school, and participate in a range of Ride2School activities. They consistently submit HandsUp! results and offer bike related activities in their program.
We would like to acknowledge the efforts of these schools by presenting them with a Ride2School sign. We would also like to tell others about their successes.
If you think your school deserves a sign, refer to the selection criteria developed by Ride2School. If your school's program meets all the criteria, complete the form, or an email version, and send it to Ride2School. We will get in touch, and hopefully will be able to deliver a sign!
Alternatively, if your school would like more assistance in developing a Ride2School program, you may like to become a coach school. This involves working directly for two terms with a Ride2School schools coordinator.
