Secondary students- use this training program to assist you in accumulating 500kms. You can make changes to the program so that it better suits you.

Using a training program helps you to keep focused on accumulating your kilometres and developing your fitness. A training program has been developed by CycleSport Victoria which gradually builds up the total kilometres ridden and increases the distance ridden each week. The training program is designed to prepare you to participate in the Around the Bay in a Day, 80km School Challenge. Changes can be made to the training program to suit you and the event for which you are training for.
