Our Ride2School media releases are available on-line. Please feel free to adapt and use them for your own communications and releases... we'd love you to help spread the word about Ride2School!!!
Once you have Ride2School up and running at your school, you might like to promote the good work that you and your students are doing...
We will regularly post media releases throughout the year for you to use.
The 500km Gold medal challenge is an event desigend to get more secondary school students riding. Please read (and use) our article 'Going for Gold - the Challenge is On!' to encourage participation. 'Going for Gold - the Challenge is On!' article will appear in the June/July issue of Bicycle Victoria's Ride on Magazine'.
National Ride2School Day Media Release 2008 is available for you to use as a Microsoft Word document.
Please feel free to copy, or to cut, paste and adapt the release for your own promotion of National Ride2School Day.
You may like to use it in your school newsletters and bulletins; or to organise a photo opportunity on the day with your local, state or federal members of government and the media at your school!
Remember to let us know if you have items re Ride2School and your school published in the media. We'd love to hear your stories too - you can always email them to us at ride2school@bv.com.au

Future releases will include publicising how well schools are going with Ride2School; as well as events such as Sustainable Bike Shed Seeding Grants, ; 500km Gold Medal Challenge, the Walk and Wheel-a-thon and National Ride2School Day.
You will be able to use any of our releases for publicising your school's Ride2School endeavours.
