Ride Leaders & Ride Leader Buddies

If you would like to be involved as a ride leader or ride leader buddy, we would love to hear from you.
If you have experience, skill and a passion for bike riding and enjoy helping others, then a ride leader or ride leader buddy role may be just right for you.
The aim of the ride leader role is to develop and lead rides for people over 50 who are thinking of taking up or resuming bike riding. Ride leaders are also responsible for providing motivational and basic mechanical support to riders prior to and on rides. Please refer to the ride leader position description for more information.
The role of the ride leader buddy is to assist the ride leaders. The ride leader buddy will be a local contact for participants, assist the ride leader in the development of riding groups, and act in the capacity of ride leader when required.
