Caroline Pidock, Director of Caroline Pidock Architects, is joined by Kathering Madden as an Ambassador for National Ride to Work Day 2008.
Wavery City Council's Sustainable Transport Officer, Sam McGuinness, has registered as an Ambassador for National Ride to Work Day.
Christopher Cowell, Head of the Institute of Diabetes and Endocrinology and Director of Research at the Children's Hospital at Westmead, shows his support for National Ride to Work Day through the Ambassador Program.
Institute Director of TAFE NSW - North Coast Institute, Elizabeth McGregor, has registered her support for National Ride to Work Day.
Simon Smith is Deputy Director General of the NSW Department of Environment and Climate Change, and leads the Department's work on climate change, policy and programs. Simon is an enthusiastic cyclist, riding to and from work daily, and is keen to promote cycling as a sustainable means of transport.
Ambassadors in Queensland organisations include:
Bill Lovegrove, Vice-Chancellor & President at the University of Southern Queensland, is promoting the event at Toowoomba, Fraser Coast and Springfield campuses. After the success of National Ride to Work Day 2007, a USQ BUG is now in development.
Ian Frazer, Director of the Diamantina Institute and 2006 Australian of the Year, has thrown his support behind National Ride to Work Day.
CEO of Brisbane City Council, Jude Munro, is joined by Alton Twine as an Ambassador for National Ride to Work Day 2008.
Main Roads Queensland is supporting National Ride to Work Day through it's many sites around Queensland. Dennis Walsh, Executive Director (Planning and Design), and Robyn Davies, Program Manager (Cycling and Pedestrian Facilities) have registered as Ambassadores for 2008.

Felicity-ann Lewis, Mayor of the City of Marion, has signed up as an Ambassador for National Ride to Work Day. The City of Marion are promoting the bike commuting through out the community by hosting a Community Breakfast on National Ride to Work Day.
The South Australian Department of the Premier and Cabinet's Warren McCann (CEO) and Charles Moore (Manager, Planning and Sustainability) have registered their support for National Ride to Work Day 2008.
Janet Giles, Secretary of SA Unions, is joined by Kebra Kennedy as a National Ride to Work Day Ambassador.
Principal of Streaky Bay Area School, Chris Roberts, has shown his school's support for National Ride to Work Day by signing up as an Ambassador.

CEO for the Victorian Partnership for Advanced Computing, Bill Applebe, shows his support for those who choose to commute to work on their bike.
Cathy Seccombe, General Manager at the Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health (Forensicare), is joined by Case Worker, Steve Hallam, as Ambassadors of National Ride to Work Day 2008.
Todd Harper, CEO at VicHealth, has signed up to show his support ffor National Ride to Work Day 2008. Riding to work fits with VicHealth's mission of changing the cultural, physical and social environments in which we live so to improve the health of all Victorians.
