UCI Track World Cup
The UCI Track World Cup Classics is the premier track cycling series in the world. Melbourne will be one of just five stops on the global World Cup circuit for the next three years (2008 to 2010).
Bicycle Victoria is proud to be an industry partner for this world-class cycling event. The first round of tickets goes on sale on Monday 18 August, and is being promoted exclusively to the 'cycling family' through industry partners Bicycle Victoria and Cycling Australia.
If you would like to snap up the prized night tickets, go to www.trackworldcup.com.au on Monday 18 August and you'll be the first to be part of the Track World Cup.
Event Dates: 20 - 22 November 2008
Venue: Hisense Arena, Melbourne (formerly Vodafone Arena)
Price rise for Bicycle Victoria Membership July 2008
As of 1 July 2008, the Bicycle Victoria membership dues have risen $5. While no one likes a price increase of any size, small increases such as this every year or so, decrease the need for correctional increases on an occasional basis. To keep the same quality we have been providing Bicycle Victoria members over the years we have had to meet the associated costs and as these increase, membership is pushed to do so as well.
