1. 500km Gold Medal Challenge

Ride2School congratulates Alex, from Vermont Secondary College, on being the first student to achieve the 500km Gold Medal Challenge!
3. 1000 Bikes Student Nominations Now Open
This year we have made some important changes to 1,000 Bikes. Please make sure that you are familiar with the new process.
4. National Ride2School Day 2008 - all the fun and figures!
Students around Australia walked and rode to school in droves for National Ride2School Day on Wednesday 12 March. 45 schools achieved an 80% or higher active travel rate.
4. Sustainable Bike Shed Grants
Dream bike sheds will become a reality for two more schools in 2008 through the Ride2School Sustainable Bike Shed Grants.

6. Walk and Wheel-a-thon works anytime of year!
Schools are invited to fundraise the healthy way with Ride2School’s Walk and Wheel-a-thon. Don't wait until October...your school can hold a Walk and Wheel-a-thon any time of the year!
7. Around the Bay 80km School Challenge
The Around the Bay 80km School Challenge is a great way to experience riding with friends and family, navigating around Port Phillip Bay by bike, and joining in one of the greatest riding events in Melbourne for the year.
