Joining is easy.
There are many ways to join Bicycle Victoria
No matter where you live in Australia or New Zealand, Bicycle Victoria supports all members!
Online
Become a member online through the secure Bicycle Victoria Shop. This is the quickest way to join, and your insurance is effective as soon as your payment goes through. Online also saves resources so that we can maximise our funding for campaigns.
Phone
Give the Rider Services Team a call on 03 8636 8888 or 1800 639 634 (country callers) and they can help you become a member over the phone, using your credit card. Once again your insurance is effective as soon as your payment goes through.
Direct Debit
Direct debit agreements save us both time and money when it comes to renewing your membership.
Download the direct debit form and agreement, or send us a message or give us a call and ask us to send out the paperwork (all direct debit agreements, including any alterations or cancelations, are needed in writing with a signature).
Post
Download the joining form and send it through to us (payment by credit card, cheque or money order). Once again, your insurance will be effective as soon as we receive your form (provided payment goes through).
Note - only Visa and Mastercard are accepted
What happens next?
Members will receive a new member pack, including a membership card, within approximately three weeks. Please let us know if they have not arrived within this time (if you paid by credit card please check whether or not your card has been debited or if your cheque has been cashed before you ring us - this will speed things up if there is a problem).
One card per membership is provided. Additional or replacement membership cards are available for $10 each.
When do I renew my membership?
Bicycle Victoria membership is vaild for 12 months. We will let you know when it's time to renew.
I live in New Zealand!
Don't worry, Bicycle Victoria membership still supports your riding.
Living interstate?
Not a problem! Bicycle Victoria supports members all across Australia, even abroad.
