Online

Join Online Become a member through our secure Bicycle Victoria Shop. This is the quickest way to join and your insurance begins once your payment is processed. Joining online also saves our resources so we can maximise campaign funding.

Phone

Call our Rider Services Team on (03) 8636 8888 or 1800 639 634 (country callers) and they can help you become a member over the phone, using your credit card.  Once again your insurance is effective as soon as your payment goes through.

Post

Download the joining form and send it through to us (payment by credit card, cheque or money order). Once again, your insurance will be effective as soon as we receive your form (provided payment goes through).

Note: for credit card payments, only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Direct Debit

Direct debit agreements save us both time and money when it comes to renewing your membership.

Download the direct debit form and agreement, send us a message or give us a call and request for the paperwork to be sent to you (all direct debit agreements, including any alterations or cancelations, are needed in writing with a signature).

 

What happens next?

Once you have joined Bicycle Victoria Membership you can expect to receive a new member pack (including your membership card), within approximately three weeks of your joining date. If you have not received your new member pack within this time period, please contact us. 

Note: If you paid by credit card or cheque, please check to see whether your card has been debited or your cheque has been cashed before contacting us.

 

One card per membership is provided.
Additional or replacement membership cards are available for $10 each.

Membership Renewal

Bicycle Victoria membership is vaild for 12 months, we will let you know when it is time to renew.

Membership through the Bicycle Network

Become a member and be covered anywhere in Australia

For less than $2.90 a week, no matter if you live in Australia or New Zealand, Bicycle Victoria will look after you and your family.

Yearly membership prices

Concession: $90 (pensioner, full time student, unwaged - proof required)

Individual: $105

Family of 2*: $135 (a couple or 1 parent and 1 child under 21 or full-time student under 25)

Family 3+*: $150 (a couple or single parent with any number of children under 21 or full-time student under 25)

* Note: To be classified as a Family of 2 or a Family of 3+, you must all reside at the same address.
