Registrations open: September 1 2010
Team Degani 3 Peaks Challenge is taking place on Sunday 13 March, the Labour Day long weekend 2011. You can register to be a part of Bicycle Victoria\'s toughest ride. You will be rewarded for your hard work and on next year\'s ride will receive:
- A weekend away in the beautiful Victorian Alps
- Transport to Falls Creek or Dinner Plain on Friday 11 March departing from Melbourne
- Accommodation on Friday March 11, Saturday March 12 and Sunday March 13, 2011
- Meals including x3 breakfast, x2 lunch and x3 dinners
- Event Uniform including a long sleeve shirt, cap and drink bottle
- Support and information relating to your role and responsibilities
- Great opportunity to be part of this incredible ride!
We are working extra hard on providing a great weekend for those of you who choose to come up and help out with extra activities and things to do during your down time to make sure you get the most out of the beautiful alps region.
Positions Available
With major Sites located at Falls Creek and Dinner Plain, there are numerous positions available in both locations and on-road. For in depth descriptions of the roles for volunteers in 2011, have a look at the Position Descriptions and Responsibilities page.
The on-road team comprises the following positions:
- Response Coordinator
- Route Sector Coordinator
- Route Teams Coordinator
- Signage Crew
- Route Services Crew
- Route Marshals
- Motorcycle Marshals
- Sag Wagon Team
- Sector Closing Team
Located at both Falls Creek and Dinner Plain, the On-Site team consists of the following roles:
- Start Finish Line Assistant
- Clothing Swap Coordinator
- Rider Refreshment & Recovery Room Assistant
- Rider Services Assistant
- Care Team - Doctor
- Care Team - First Aid Assistant
- Rider Valet Services Coordinator
- Eco Assistant
- Lunch Assistant
- Site Operations Assistant
