Chemical and hormone free Chicken breast marinated in fresh basil, lemon & extra virgin olive oil

Homemade lean Beef burgers & herb crust

Spicy Debriciner sausage

Mild Bratwurst sausage

Lentil and vegetable burgers for the vegetarians

Salads - choice of 6

  • Gourmet tossed salad
  • Hokkien noodles Asian style with julienne vegetables
  • Homemade three bean mix with Italian herbed vinaigrette
  • Tuscan penne pasta with tomato, kalamata olive and fresh basil
  • Classic sliced beetroot – essential for any aussie bbq 
  • Aussie style homemade coleslaw – light mayo dressing
  • Chat potato salad served with a homemade basil mayo
  • Broccoli, green beans, chickpeas & red pepper
  • Wild rice and long grain rice salad 

Bread

 A selection of white and multigrain dinner rolls with sliced bread.

Condiments

Sweet chilli sauce, mustard, tomato sauce, butter

Heavy duty plastic plates, stainless steel cutlery and napkins.

Fruit Baskets

We offer a whole fruit basket with a premium quality selection of banana, apple, pear and navel oranges for each corporate tent.

Soft Drinks

Continuous supply of a variety of soft drinks and water.*

 

 

 

 

Beverage Options (Alcoholic)**:  

Option 1

Continuous heavy and light beer on tap, wine, sparkling wine, service staff and service bar positioned in marquee. This package is to be booked on the minimum number of guests of the hospitality marquee ordered.
Option 2

Continuous heavy and light beer, wine and sparkling wine, wrist band, collection of beverage from Spokes Bar, priority service. This package is to be booked on the minimum number of guests of the hospitality marquee ordered.
Option 3

Marquee package includes service staff and bar serving heavy and light beer on tap, wine, sparkling wine, which is positioned in marquee, bar tab to the value of $650. Corporates may increase bar tab on the day if requested and will be invoiced for the additional tab.
Option 4
Bar tab to an amount nominated by the customer and pre paid to Bicycle Victoria. Guest are to collect their drinks from Spokes Bar and will receive priority service. Corporates may increase bar tab on the day if requested and will be invoiced for the additional tab.
