Safe Cycling and Rider Etiquette

We expect all participants to be competent bike riders, to have trained for the event and be familiar with riding on public roads. We also expect participants to have a well maintained bike and be able to perform basic repairs.

Winners Sports Nutrition

Whilst cyclists can spend thousands of dollars on their bikes, the piece of equipment that fails most is their body. Dehydration and inadequate food intake are the major reasons for good cyclists riding badly.
