Team Managers

Information to help get the most out of your team

The step-by-step guide will assist you in the process of team registration and includes information on how to manage your team when there are changes to be made.

Get a head start on registrations and use the following registration template.xls to start collection of rider names and details and upload it directly into your team when registrations open. *The excel file will need to be saved as a CSV (Comma delimited) file type in order to be uploaded in the registration system.

Once the file has been uploaded, this will create new registrations for all team members. They will recieve an email with a username and a password prompting them to reveiw and complete their registration.

To help us make this day a success, please:

1. Encourage your friends and colleagues to register as a rider for this event at www.atb2010.com.au or by using the specific team code URL address as noted in your registration in the My Team Info menu item. Eg. www.atb2010.com.au/atb/team/[TeamCode]

2. Personalise and distribute the recruitment email template.doc to as many of your friends as possible and around your workplace. The aim of this email is to give new riders time to prepare and to encourage everyone to register now.

Riders preferred ride option will not be confirmed until payment has been made.

Improvements to the 2009 Online Registration system

There have been some improvements made to the online registration system that will help make your role easier this year.

•    There will be a forgotten username and password link for registered riders.
•    The team member PDF download will now include their ride option.
•    Payment of team and transfer of team riders will be less complicated.
•    Rider kit mail out will commence two weeks earlier than last year. Therefore, some key dates have also been moved forward including; the free jersey early incentive, and the date for no further registration changes.
•    Rider Identification Bib numbers will not be allocated until the rider kit mail out commences. Without going into too much detail, this will aim to shorten the postal delivery time and ensure everyone gets the correct rider kit prior to the event.
