Your Ride Confirmation Packs are coming early August

Your Confirmation Pack will be brimming with information about the special deals that Anaconda have on offer and the Anaconda Gift Cards for those who selected this option.

These Packs will be mailed in the week beginning 4 August 2008. We apologise for the delay in delivery of these packs and hope that you are excited when they arrive.

Changing your options – via Your Home Page

We’ve upgraded our Online System so now you can change all of your Ride Options via Your Home Page!

There is also a link on the Bicycle Victoria Homepage.

To login, you will need your Rider ID, which is xxx and your date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy) or email address. Here are a few pointers:

1. You may add or change your options until 14 November 2008 (or unless sold out).

2. If you upgrade, you will be charged the difference in price.

3. If you change to an option that is of lesser value, you will not be automatically refunded. Your confirmation receipt will outline the refund process. A $20.00 administration fee will apply to all refunds.

 Ride Merchandise

Check out the Great Vic Jersey – it’s a ripper! There will be a Ride Cap and Ride Polo available for purchase too. Designs will be available in the next Gearing Up. To secure your Ride Merchandise and make sure you get the right size, remember to order by 29 August 2008 as there will only be limited stock available on the Ride.

Halls Gap – Book your bed!

The Halls Gap community is excited to welcome us to their lovely town, nestled in the Grampians. The local sports ground will be our home for 2 nights. There are 3,500 beds in Halls Gap. Treat yourself and book yourself a bed.

Phil and Susan from Pheels Phantastic have a Rest Day Accommodation Package – so give them a call if you want a hand! Get in before 29 August for that Early Bird Accomodation Package prices.

Volunteers

We are also encouraging Volunteers to apply for the Team by 31 July 2008, to secure a Volunteer Live Easy Tent and be included in the first round of Team Allocations.
