How to add or change your Ride Entry options
Ride Options 1
The following Ride Options can be changed after you have entered the Great Vic:
- Transport to the Start or from the Finish of the Ride
- Merchandise - Jersey, Polo or Cap
- Accommodation - Sleep Easy Tents (Sold Out)
- Meal Options - Non-Vegetarian, Vegetarian, Gluten Free
- Training Assistance with the WARBY Team

You can also select the following options after you have entered the Great Vic. However, any changes will be via the policies provided by the appropriate party.
- Bicycle Victoria Membership. Refer to the policies of the Bicycle Victoria Membership Department.
Changes to Ride Options Online via Your Home Page
You may add, remove or change any Ride Options to or from your Ride Entry up until 14 November 2008 or until that Ride Option is sold out.
You are able to make changes at any time to your Ride Options by logging into Blink.
The Ride Options that you can change are:
- Your Personal Details, Emergency Contacts, Medical Details and Training Assistance with the WARBY Team - can be changed at no cost.
Other Ride Options can be added or removed. However,
- If the new balance is greater than your original payment, you will directed to pay via credit card.
- If the new balance is less than your original payment, you will not be automatically refunded for the remaining amount. You will need to call the Bicycle Victoria office on 03 8636 8888 to request a refund.
- A $20.00 administration charge applies to all refunds.
Changes to Ride Options via Paper Entry
If you entered on a Paper Entry Form and would like to add Ride Options to your Ride Entry, you can download a paper Booking Form for the Ride Option that you want to add, fill it out and send it in with payment to Bicycle Victoria. This will not cost you any extra.
The Ride Options that you can change by Paper Forms are:
- Your Personal Details, Emergency Contacts, Medical Details and Training Assistance with the WARBY Team - can be changed at no cost.
Other Ride Options can be added or removed. However,
- If the new balance is greater than your original payment, you will need to send in a cheque made out to Bicycle Victoria.
- If the new balance is less than your original payment, you will need to call the Bicycle Victoria office on 03 8636 8888 to request a refund.
- A $20.00 administration charge applies to all refunds.
