Rider Kit Trouble Shooting

 

 

All mailouts for the 250km, 210km and 100km Ride Options were completed on Wednesday 10 October.

All Rider Kits for these Rides should be received by Wednesday 17 October.

The following information does NOT apply to 50km Rider Kits.  50km Riders, please see the information on the right.

Where to collect Rider Kits or Replacement Bibs

You will be required to produce identification, and some form of correspondence from Bicycle Victoria regarding your entry (eg an e-mail, a letter or your invoice).

You willl need to complete this declaration form and bring it with you.

 

Saturday 20 October*

Between 10am -2pm, Alexandra Gardens, from the area marked "50km Rider Kit Collection" on the map to the right.

Sunday 21 October*

From 4.30am to 8am, Alexandra Gardens, from the Ride Information booth, located north of the Riverslide Skate Park as shown on the map on the right.

 

*Please be aware of Road Closures that are in place in this area as part of the Melbourne Cycling Festival.

 

 

50km Rider Kit Collection

All completed entries for the 50km Ride will receive a letter confirming their entry details by Friday 19 October.  This letter has a barcode on it.

 

You must bring your letter with you to collect your Rider Kit.  You can give this letter to a friend to pick up your kit if you need to.

 

You can collect your Rider Kit from Alexandra Gardens, Boathouse Drive, Melbourne between 10am and 2pm on Saturday 20 October.

If you do not receive your letter by Friday 19 October, you will need to bring identification and some other form of correspondence* from Bicycle Victoria to collect your Rider Kit.

*Correspondence includes:

1.Confirmation e-mail received at time of completion of entry.

2.Invoice.

3.Letter from Bicycle Victoria.
