FREE - come and enjoy live music, free cycling movies, visit GO Bike or enjoy a Friday night drink at the Spokes Bar. Spokes Bar The movies in Spokes Bar include: 2007 Paris-Roubaix - A hot day in hell The first 200 people to present their City of Melbourne City Rewards Card will receive a BV40 Cyclocomputer from the Baker Hear Research Institute - get in quick! Drop your business card in the bowl at the bar for a chance to win a weekend for four at Mansfield's Alzburg Resort. Prize drawn at 7.30pm. GO Bike GO Bike opens at 4pm and will capture as many aspects of the "cycling world" as possible from racing, recreation, health, transport, clubs, tours, equipment/products and the environment. |

| Women's Criterium | 1pm - 2pm | The JHSTour takes the lead in promoting women in sport through organising a dedicated women's race. Flying in Olympic and World champions such as Sara Carrigan and Kate Bates will maximise the exposure and value of this. These stars of women's cycling will also lead a women's ride on the ATB on Sunday to further promote cycling to women. | Tom's Block (Kings Domain) |

| Jayco Herald Sun Tour - Stage 6 Time Trial | 2pm - 4pm | The penultimate and possibly deciding stage of the JHSTour now comes to Melbourne to double the exposure and presence of the Tour as part of the MCF. A tight and demanding circuit might produce the overall winner and major additional media exposure stems from securing this stage. |
