The ride may not be until October, but it won't hurt to get started early! Check out our five suggested training programs.
Below are the five different types of training programs Rob Crowe (2 x Olympian and National Road Cycling Champion) of Ridewiser has developed to help get you into shape for Around the Bay in a Day® 2010.
Each twelve week program is based on your ability and time available to train.
The programs are based on the minimum number of kilometres needed to competently tackle the following courses:

80km School Challenge (645KB)
100km (639KB)
210km (639KB)
250km (639KB)
