Rider Entries to the 2008 Great Escapade are now closed through the Office. If you still want to enter, please visit the Great Escapade Sales Tent at these times:
- Friday 28 March 2008 - Lithgow Campsite: 2.00pm to 6.00pm
- Saturday 29 March 2008 - Lithgow Campsite: 8.00am to 12.00 noon
- Saturday 5 April 2008 - Scone Campsite: 2.00pm to 8.00pm

Great Escapade – The Tablelands Way (8 days)
Saturday 29 March to Saturday 5 April 2008, ~499 kms
- Adult - $960
- Child under 17 - $760

Grape Escapade – Taste the Hunter Valley (5 days)
Sunday 6 April to Thursday 10 April 2008, ~230 kms
- Adult - $645
- Child under 17 - $520
- Child under 10 - $295

How do I enter?
1. Inform yourself about the Route, Preparation, Ride Merchandise, Travel Insurance and Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2. Visit the Great Escapade Sales Tent on the Lithgow or Scone Campsites. See times above.
3. Select your Ride Options carefully, as changes to Rider Entry will incur a $15.00 administration fee.
4. Inform yourself of the Key Dates for the 2008 Great Escapade.
Closing dates
Rider Entry
- All 2008 Great Escapade Rider Entries closed at 5.00pm AEDST* 7 March 2008.
- Any changes to Rider Entry or Transfers needed to be received by 29 February 2008.
- Any changes to Rider Entry incur a $15.00 administration fee.
2008 Great Escapade Transport - now closed
Transport Options were available until 29 February 2008. There will be no changes or additions available after 29 February 2008. Transport will not be sold on the Ride as trucks & coaches have been booked based on 29 February numbers.

2008 Great Escapade Travel Insurance
Travel and Cancellation Insurance is not included in 2008 Great Escapade Rider Entry.
We strongly encourage all participants to consider Travel Insurance and Ambulance Membership.
Bicycle NSW and Bicycle Victoria Members receive Personal Accident and Public Liability and Travel Insurance.
Bicycle Victoria Members can access online Training Advice through the fitness2live program.

Riders under 18 years old
Riders who are under 18 years old on 29 March 2008 will need to have a Parent or Guardian complete the Parent / Guardian Consent Form on the right before their Rider Entry will be confirmed by the 2008 Great Escapade Team.
