These Terms and Conditions of Entry are designed to enable the Aviva Investors Around the Bay in a Day® 2008 - Get Sponsored for The Smith Family to run smoothly and safely. By registering to participate in the Ride, you accept and agree to be bound by these Entry Terms. Please download the Terms and Conditions (PDF 167KB) and read before entering.
Riders under the age of 18
The parent/guardian of a Rider under the age of 18 years old (and over the age of 12 years old) on 19 October 2008 (“child”), is required by Bicycle Victoria to make themselves aware of the Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Entry Terms”) on behalf of their child and confirm that they have read and understood them.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that their child is physically and mentally capable of participating in the Ride and that the child has the appropriate equipment to participate in the Ride. They also undertake that the child has sufficient riding/cycling competence and experience to participate.
The Ride Entry of a child will not be confirmed by Bicycle
