Great Victorian Bike Ride
We are thrilled to over 180 people sign up to volunteer on the Ride which is absolutely fabulous, but guess what we need more! Yes, we need approximately 400 Volunteers for A week in another world!
So what can you do about that – tell your friends, family, work mates and anyone you know to volunteer. We think this short statement encapsulates the Ride........
The Great Victorian Bike Ride provides people looking for an unique experience/escape with an affordable, supported cycling holiday, visiting great destinations that is challenging and fun within a friendly community environment – It’s a week in another world!
Encourage your friends to sign up especially before 31 July and they can take advantage of our Live Easy Tent option (we will supply a tent, put it up and down and transport it for you each day). This offer is only open to Volunteers who apply before 31 July.
So start spreading the word so we have plenty of Volunteers to share the work load on the Ride.
We will be assigning Volunteers to their Teams and will be notifying you in August.
Great Escapade™ Volunteer applications
Great Escapade™ applications will open within the next couple of weeks.
Around The Bay in Day® are also in need of lots of Volunteers. If the Great Victorian Bike Ride® is your first time as a Volunteer why not volunteer for a Day with Around the Bay in a Day®. This will give you a glimpse of what volunteering with Bicycle Victoria is all about and an opportunity to meet other Volunteers.
