The Learning Federation (TLF) is an innovative project that employs emerging technologies to produce world-class online curriculum content to encourage student learning and support teachers. It includes some great materials which use bikes as the central theme.
The Learning Federation website allows you to search on particular topics, themes and year levels. The exciting multimedia materials will engage teachers and students alike!
TLF is an initiative of the state, territory and federal governments of Australia and New Zealand.

The scenario for the Dream machine learning objects is an e-commerce website featuring an online catalogue for creating your own fantasy bikes. This motivates students to work through the learning object, receiving a series of built-in rewards. Feedback and scaffolding are included in the design in order to maximise the effectiveness of multimedia.
