The implementation and success of many Bicycle Network Victoria programs are based upon Dr. Doug McKenzie-Mohr's community-based social marketing principles.
Now in it's fifth year, the program focused on the five steps of community-based social marketing (selecting behaviours, identifying barriers, developing strategies, conducting a pilot and broad scale implementation).

In addition for the first time ever in Australia, on April 2nd and 3rd Dr. Doug Mckenzie-Mohr will be conducting his two-day advanced workshop in Melbourne for individuals who have previously attended one of his two-day introductory workshops.
