Monday 4 July Entries open for General Public
Monday 1 August Transport, meals and camping options open
Wednesday 31 August Non-Refundable Deposit option closes
Sunday 30 October Bonus Bike Transport offer closes
Friday 9 December

Balance payments are due for deposit entries.
Final date for cancellations with refund less $400.
Failure to pay the balance may result in you forfeiting your spot to someone else
Monday 16 January International bike transport option closes.
Friday 20 January

Entries, transfers, cancellations with 50% refund closes.
Internal New Zealand transport, meals, camping options all close. No further changes to registrations.
If any places still available, people can enter on day one of the ride and will incur $200 penalty fee. After this date, no refunds are permitted.

Bikes for transport need to be lodged at your nearest capital city depot.
Friday 17 February 2012 Pre ride camping begins in Gisborne
Saturday 18 February 2012 Ride begins in Gisborne
Sunday 26 February 2012 Ride concludes in Taupo
Monday 27 February Transport out of Taupo back to Australia
Before 31 March Bikes returned to riders who chose International Bike Transport option
