Bicycle Network Victoria: 3 Peaks Challenge 2012

Your step by step guide on how to enter the 3 Peaks Challenge

STEP 1: - Entries are now closed.

Go to the 3 Peaks Challenge online registration page - http://www.3peaks2011.com.au

STEP 2:

Decide what type of registration you are going to do. There are two registration options;

• New Rider Registration - This option is for anyone who wants to ride in any one of the three Ride Options (please note that you select your Ride Option during this process). You can also join a team or purchase an accommodation and meals package during this process, however please note that a New Team Registration must be completed in order to establish a team.

• New Team Registration - This option is for anyone who wants to register a team and therefore become the Team Manager for the team they are registering. Please refer to Team Information for more information regarding this type of registration.

STEP 3:

Select and begin your registration - click on the buttons on the left hand side panel labelled "New Rider Registration" or "New Team Registration" to begin the type of registration you want to do.

STEP 4:

New Rider Registrations:

There are five sections to complete for a new rider registration;

1. Rider - enter all your personal details in the fields provided. This section creates a user name and password so that you can come and edit your details at a later date - these details will be emailed to the email you nominate.
2. Ride Options - choose the Package type and Ride Option you want to participate in. You also need to provide emergency contact details and other general information including what finishers jersey size you require.
3. Terms and Conditions - accept the Rider Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participants under 18 will also need to get their parent/guardian consent on this section.
4. Merchandise - go shopping for the merchandise items you are after.
5. Payment - this final part to your registration is where you have to pay for the ride and any merchandise you have chosen. Your entry will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Please also note the following points in relation to a New Rider Registration;

• Your Around the Bay in a Day login or your Bicycle Network Victoria Membership login details will NOT allow you access into the 3 Peaks Challenge 2011 online registration system. You will be emailed a Username and Password AFTER you complete section 1.Rider of the registration process.
• Keep your username and password in a safe place, as you will then be able to review, complete or update your registration details at any time before February 1, 2011.
• If you have any trouble with your online entry, please email us or call 03 8376 8888 or Freecall 1800 639 634 (country callers) and we will respond to you as quickly as possible!

New Team Registrations:

There is only one section to complete for a new team registration. By completing a New Team Registration you become the Team Manager for the team you are registering.

Complete your personal details in the fields provided, complete the Team Details section, then press "Register" to complete your new team registration.

Once your registration is complete a user name and password will be emailed to you so that you can log in and edit or manager your team details at a later date.

Please also note the following points in relation to a New Team Registration;

• Your Around the Bay in a Day login or your Bicycle Network Victoria Membership login details will NOT allow you access into the 3 Peaks Challenge 2011 registration system. You will be emailed a Username and Password AFTER you complete the new team registration process.
• Keep your username and password in a safe place, as you will then be able to review, complete or update your registration details at any time before February 1, 2010.
• There is no charge to register a team.
• If you are already registered as a rider, you can also become a Team Manager by clicking the New Team Registration button while you are logged in. Your details will transfer across and you will only need to complete the Team Details section.
• Please refer to the information provided in the Team Information section so that you can manage your team effectively.
