The parent/guardian of a Rider under the age of 18 years old (and over the age of 16 years old) on 13 March 2011 (“child”), is required by Bicycle Network Victoria to make themselves aware of the Rider Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Entry Terms”) on behalf of their child and confirm that they have read and understood them.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that their child is physically and mentally capable of participating in the Ride and that the child has the appropriate equipment to participate in the Ride. They also undertake that the child has sufficient riding/cycling competence and experience to participate.
