Bicycle Network Victoria: Metro Routes

March 26 2010 There is a crucial section of this path which needs completing, between Mt Waverley Station and Power Avenue (Shown on map in red). There is existing path which runs from Glen Waverley Station to Mt Waverley Station and also existing path running from Power Avenue and Holmesglen Station (Shown on map in green).

Completing this section would allow riders to travel from Glen Waverley all the way to the CBD and beyond. It would also allow riders to connect to surrounding parts of the path network such as the Gardiners Creek Path (Shown on map in blue) to Deakin University and beyond to Box Hill or ultimately connect to the Mitcham to Syndal path being developed along the waterpipe easement (Shown in yellow on map).
