To register on the Bicycle Network Victoria forums:
/forums/ucp.php?mode=register

 

The Bike Futures forum isn't visible to the general public, so once you've registered you will need to apply to join it also.
Visit: /forums/ucp.php?i=167


Then select "Bike Futures", choose "Join selected", then click "Submit".
You will then be given access to the forum.
