2 Board Regulations
The following regulations have been passed by the Board
Board Charter
The Board Charter and Board/CEO interrelationship policies define the role and responsibilities of the Board as well as those of the CEO.
Board Member Declaration
Board members sign a declaration form related to the Charter.
Delegation of authority
The constitution requires that the Board passes regulations that define the responsibilities it delegates to management.
Election Material Regulation
The Election Material Regulations in regards to the 2009 Board election
Membership regulations
The membership fees must be set formally by the Board.
Staff policies
The staff policies are passed by the Board
