Meet the Rider Services team
Our diligent Rider Services team is made up of a handful of staff, working closely with dedicated Volunteers
|
Caroline Newton Rider Services Team Leader Caroline leads the dedicated Rider Services team, who are the first point of contact of our riders. The highlight of her role is her daily interaction with members and customers. She brings with her a wealth of customer service experience after working in the tourism industry and in the public service. PROFILE: After living in the UK and Japan, Caroline now calls Melbourne home, and has swapped her habit of hooning the streets of Tokyo on a “mama-chari” bike, with enjoying a more civilized daily commute to the CBD. On weekends, you can find her indulging in the culinary delights of Melbourne or exploring one of the rail trails. (Updated 27/5/11)

Jarrod Amos Rider Services Team Member Jarrod is one of our highly energetic and enthusiastic members of the Rider Services Team. Bringing with him a background in sales where he has been able to build strong relationships over the phone, along with his passion for all things bikes, Jarrod is an asset to the team. His favourite part of the role is talking to the members and customers about their bikes and favourite places to ride. PROFILE: Jarrod loves everything bike related! From hitting the road for an adventure to a National Park, coasting along a rail trail or heading up some hills in the Dandenongs for challenge, Jarrod enjoys every part - and if he is not in the saddle on the weekend you will find him in the shed somewhere fixing or tinkering with a bike. If it involves two wheels, chain and pedals, there's a good chance he is going to want to hear about it! |
