Michael Moens
Finance Manager

Michael brings his two loves together: bikes and numbers, to head up the Finance Team. He enjoys having a part in almost all of Bicycle Network Victoria's activities and collaborating with people from all teams.

PROFILE: Michael has an array of riding styles - he uses his commuter bike to ride to work, takes his road bike for a spin on weekends, and also enjoys a spot of touring when he has the time. He recently completed an epic ride from Melbourne to Inverloch, along the coast to Batemans Bay then rode homeward bound via the mountains.

Huong Do
Financial Accountant

Huong Do is the Accountant at Bicycle Network Victoria and has broad responsibilities from assisting with Board reports to reconciliation, end of month, analysis to statutory returns.

PROFILE: Huong is pursuing her CPA status. Together with other team members in Finance, her various experiences in finance and accounting background have brought to Bicycle Network Victoria an extensive knowledge in ensuring Bicycle Network Victoria is financially sound. She is committed to ensuring Bicycle Network Victoria deliver its mission - that is to promote health in our community.

Jing Lu

Finance Officer - General Accounts and Refunds

Jing is responsible for assisting in preparing journals and reconciliations, maintaining asset registers, doing bank reconciliations and preparing monthly finance reports.

PROFILE: Jing has a Bachelor degree in accounting and has 7 years accounting experience in various industries. When she is not reconciling or maintaining, she likes playing badminton and riding her bike, usually on weekends. She also likes Chinese cooking, and is of course quite good at it!

Lily Jiang

Finance Officer - Accounts Payable & Processing

Lily is responsible for matching purchase orders with invoices, regular supplier runs, processing Bicycle Network Victoria memberships and recording customers’ payments.

PROFILE: Lily has a Business degree, with a major in Accounting. Her interests outside the work include (but not limited to) swimming, travelling and shopping. She would like to try to “ride a bike” for fun during weekend.

Astrid Sipayung

Finance Officer - General Accounts and Refunds

Astrid has recently graduated from university with an Accounting Degree. She spends her time in the office trying to figure out were all these numbers come from and the meaning behind them all! She looks forward to seeing those two magic words: "Balance" and "Match" at the end of her day.

PROFILE: All that work provides her a good reason to relax at home on the weekend and catch up on some cleaning. She likes to ride a bike but prefers the quieter roads.
