This is the second year of the Come to Life Ballarat Cycle Classic. It will be held on Sunday 22nd February 2009 at Lake Wendouree, Ballarat. There are three challenges to suit all standards. The Mt Buninyong Classic, a 85km or 100km road ride which incorporates the Australian National Road Championship Course at Mt Buninyong and the Yankee Flat Classic, a 50km road ride. All rides start and finish at Lake Wendouree. The Lake Wendouree Classic is a 2.5 hour team relay event circumnavigating Lake Wendouree. Teams of up to 12 can enter with the challenge to complete the most number of laps in the 2.5 hours. Supporting the event at the start finish area at Lake Wendouree will be family entertainment with quality food and beverages available.
