Join us for a fantastic weekend in Castlemaine! FESTIVAL OF THE WHEEL October 25th & 26th 2008 - Sat. 11am onwards - Choice of 7 rides, from 9km to 92km, catering for all cyclists -road riders, mountain bikers and others – with rides from easy to challenging, and optional return to Castlemaine by steam train - Sat. night: - Comedy and classic bike film at Cycling’s Big Night Out - Sun. - Duathlons and breakfast, followed by a Family Day in the Botanical Gardens, great entertainment inc. crazy bike events, music, food etc Early Bird entries close 13th Oct. The Festival is organized by the Mount Alexander Sustainability Group which has almost 800 members. By participating you will be supporting the group’s trail-blazing renewable energy and transport projects.
