Calling all women riders interested in joining a new ride group down south. This group will start in August and begin and end in Seaford on Saturday mornings, with options for riding from Seaford to Mordialloc, Black Rock, St Kilda, or Mornington, Mt Martha, Dromana. We hope to engage the services of an Accredited Bike Skills instructor and a bike mechanic to give some instruction in basic maintenance. All women are invited, especially those on road bikes, and particularly older women who may not be confident riding with younger women. The aim is to evolve into a well disciplined, well skilled group of riders, with team jerseys, and to create a visible presence in the area.
