COWBAC provides community input and assists the City of Whitehorse in planning, and providing the community with a safe, convenient cycling environment which will maintain and encourage participation in cycling. Committee members are selected by council from Whitehorse residents with an interest in cycling. Observers are welcome at our monthly meetings. |
