Weather protected bike parking
The City of Melbourne owns the underground car park underneath the old City Square in Swanston St between Flinders Lane and Collins St. There is undercover bike parking here for sixteen bikes, available to the public. While it is open to anyone, it has the passive surveillance benefits of the car park management team that overlooks it. Access is from Flinders Lane.
