Our comments

We will work on comments to the report over the next couple of months. Public submissions are open until 15 July 2008 and may be in written, electronic or audio form.

We will comment on the bike riding aspects of the plan.

'The specific cycling projects recommended by the EWLNA will significantly improve east-west cycling connections and make it easier for people to commute to work in the central city by bicycle.'

 

'These benefits justify greater investment in removing the barriers that prevent more Melburnians taking up cycling'
