Welcome to "On The Ground"
On the Ground provides information for the people who are making a difference on the ground for bike riders. The content is prepared for local government elected representatives and officers in particular.
We are steadily adding to this website with information about planning, designing, funding, building, maintaining, monitoring and promoting bike facilities.
The five sections summarise the process of providing for bike riding. Any work you do will be under one of the five headings. Under each of the headings we put stories that relate to that part of the process. We update you on the stories through the On the Ground newsletter.
