Bass Coast Rail Trail

The rail trail is located approximately 115km from Melbourne and can be easily done as part of a day trip to the area.

East Gippsland Rail Trail

This 94km trail runs between Bairnsdale and Orbost. It is one of the longest rail trails in Australia.

Old Beechy Rail Trail

This rail trail south of Colac in the Otway Ranges has several complete sections which can be walked or cycled. The surface is gravel and not suitable for skinny tyre bikes.
