The 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bicycle Victoria was held at 7.00pm on Monday 16 November 2009 at the Yarra Room, Melbourne Town Hall (cnr Swanston and Collins streets).
Note: Due to technical issues, the first twenty minutes of the meeting were filmed in a lower quality. We apologise for any inconvenience.
The Board has approved the draft minutes of the 2009 AGM. These minutes will be put to the members at the 2010 AGM. Please click here to view the 2009 AGM Minutes.

The 2009 AGM will report on the results of the 2009 Board election.

Voting at Annual General Meetings
All current members are entitled to attend and vote and each member over 18 years old is entitled to one vote at the meeting.
