The results of the 2005 Council Election were announced. The successful candidates are Jason den Hollander, Stuart Orr and Simon Crone.

Bicycle Victoria Council member Sally Hutchison resigned after completing two years of her three-year term, and the Council thanks her for her contribution. To complete the final year of her three-year term, the Council invited Ross Kilborn – who received the fourth most votes in the 2005 Council election – to join the Council. Ross accepted the position.
