Board Charter
The Board Charter and Board/CEO interrelationship policies define the role and responsibilities of the Board as well as those of the CEO.
Board Member Declaration
Board members sign a declaration form related to the Charter.
Delegation of authority
The constitution requires that the Board passes regulations that define the responsibilities it delegates to management.
